Valerie is a dynamic speaker, facilitator, trainer, and coach. Passionate about helping young women and girls develop the confidence and skills they need to be successful leaders, she serves as Executive Director of Blossom & Flourish, a nonprofit specializing in leadership training and confidence building programs for middle school & high school girls.
She also serves as a Training & Development Consultant at Inta-Great, a leadership & sales training organization where she specializes in mentoring and women’s leadership issues. Together, this allows her to pursue her vision of equipping women who will be leaders in their academic, extracurricular, personal, and ultimately, professional lives.
Dr. Keith Hechtel is Senior Director of Business Development for Curbell Plastics, Inc., located in Orchard Park, NY. He has a Doctor of Business Administration degree from Saint Ambrose University, a Master of Science degree in Industrial Technology from Illinois State University, and nearly 30 years of plastics industry experience. His doctoral research involved studying how social capital contributes to the career success of salespeople working in the plastics industry.
